Low-pressure chemical cleaning for roofs, stucco, wood siding, and painted surfaces that would be damaged by high-pressure blasting.
Pressure washing roofs and soft surfaces strips granules from shingles, splits wood fibres, and forces water behind siding. Problems that cost far more than the cleaning saved. Soft washing uses biodegradable surfactants and algaecides applied at low pressure to kill moss, lichen, algae, and mildew then rinse away gently.
